I think it is cool and innovative to have a make your own kind of place, but to have things that actually take forever to make and basically force you to sit there and wait is not good for business, at least with a restaurant you are just waiting and probably talking, here you actually have to look at and smell it right in front of you which makes you want it more and not have a good experience if it’s not tasty or not cooked fully
