Definitely pros and cons with a smaller unit. Pros definitely ability to go to more remote places and then the con of not having enough tank capacity to stay there very long. We toured one a couple weeks ago and were impressed with how much they put in such a small footprint !

Hi! Very honest and thorough...thanks! I have a T@B 400 and have the same issues with the screens. I attempted to add more bug fuzz, but it impedes the smooth opening and closing. I think the best feature is the size because, like you, I am comfortable getting gas in most places; it is also less catastrophic when Google Maps starts having fun. I look forward to learning about your RV search. Have fun!

Great overview. Nice to show both the good and bad. The RV industry needs to be held to higher standards and video like this will expose it. Of course it's all RV's not just yours. Overall I do like the Little Guy. Learned a lot on this one. Thanks for sharing.

You're right about those gas stations. We love that Amish construction. That outdoor TV is pretty cool. We were amazed at all the storage in a T@b 400 as well. We didn't like the dinette in the tab either.

I have had 2 conventional travel trailers plus a big 5th wheel and truck. I always like the tear drop trailers.

Enjoy original YT; don't own a tear drop but instead own a Grand Design " Imagine "'22 mle . Which in comparison is large TT yet by industry standards consider small lol Wife ask me today why have you been watching Tiny tear drops TT vids: I replied perhaps we should have went smaller. She didn't reply.. Gave me the Look 👀 and she simply walked away lol. This is our 2nd TT we own. Took delivery of our most current TT the Imagine XLS 22mle Feb 4th 2022. Anyway enjoyed your video. I’m here to hopefully save someone from buying this RV.

I paid $41,775.51 for a brand new Little Guy Max and on my first trip, I discovered the Gray water meter was faulty, the shower is leaking into the dining area and worst of all, a leak on the black water pipe resulted in my interior being covered in sewage. The RV has been dropped off and the dealer is working with Xtreme Outdoors to resolve this but this company has a terrible response rate. Now I am out $42k and no longer have an RV. Its a beautiful RV but at that price, I expect quality and accountability. My advice, look closely at the workmanship, check seams, cabling, piping and cabinetry, I was with the technician inspecting the leak and found a lot of poor workmanship. Or.. Go with a different RV! Xtreme Outdoors refuses to replace or refund.

I love my LGM! I haven't had any water leak issues, but the screens are trashed after some heavy wind. The stargazer window screen is completely useless now, and the blockout screen is really hard to open and close, but usable. I agree about the black tank. I ended up purchasing a Rhino 15 gallon portable holding tank. That really extends our boon docking. It also make our trips to a beachfront campsite in Mexico a lot better. Its a boon dock camp but they have a dump station, now I don't have to hook up the trailer every two days to empty it! I just empty it into the Rhino and dump that.

Loved your video and content. I had to purchase my first in a hurry (unplanned) and so got a 32' LX prowler by heartland. I really like it. It is perfect for immediate needs, however, I had originally planned on getting a truck and some thing more like yours. There is definitely a learning curve, no matter what travel trailer/RV one purchases. Thanks for sharing

good info. Im looking for my first rig with the expectation of buying in the fall of '23. One thing that I am finding that is shocking to me is how poorly made all trailers are. I dont mean poorly designed, I mean sloppily executed. This even goes for pre-pandemic units. Then at the sames point the prices they request, with a straight face, no less. But it also goes both ways. In various owner groups Im finding a shocking number of people dont inspect the rig thoroughly before accepting it. Glaringly obvious defects. and not just newbie trailer owners...veterans often posting "OMG look at this!" ...and you took it home like that? There is a shift though. Im seeing used trailers sit for weeks without selling at the prices the owner is requesting. the days of inflated sales prices are fast waning.

Thank you….that leaks just scares me I wonder if this is a problem for all Little MaXX… I was wanting to purchase one of these…now I guess I will research a fiberglass one

Oh yes and thank you for being honest…that leak is bothersome to me…i would have freaked out about the leak…..

Can anyone offer information about the security of it. Also, can you park it and drive your vehicle to the store or an attraction? Forgive me, but I am just beginning this journey. Thank you

2 TV? Did you or the previous owner add that on? The leak story was not good! How was that rectified?

Wish there were more weekly channels for the Little Guy max. A weekly series would be amazing.

So was the water coming in from the ceiling seams or splashing up underneath into the cabinets?

I have a 2020 Max through Xtreme Outdoors. My biggest complaint is not on your list. It is bed orientation. I love that we have an 80 inch bed, but my wife and I do not sleep in it together on the road. We leave the dinette in the bed position and she sleeps there. It is difficult at our age to climb over each other to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

There is a lot I could deal with in an RV, but leaks would not be one of them.

What is the base flooring material made of? Is it wood, composite, fiberglass?

ah, hell. if my wife saw those leaks that would be The End!

I like the way it looks from the outside and the layout inside. The windows are great, though the numerous, large clips/handles detract from the view. I dislike how small the freezer is. I mostly need a freezer, rarely use my fridge at home. Ugh, hearing there are leaks is very concerning.

I have a Sailboat with a mini-Kitchen, and to keep the drawers shut, I put Heavy Duty Magnets in each corner. Now it takes a bit of Muscle to open them.

We have a 2021 purchased new and have had no leaks.

I love my mini max. I got mine used. I've charged it a bit. But it's just what I want.
