Thank you for discussing! I just returned from a 5 week work trip to Mexico and discovered black mold in the open closet of the room I stayed in. I had so intense reactions, swollen itchy eyelids, disrupted sleep, congestion, fatigue, etc. I also know that I am genetically slow to detox being compound heterozygous for MTHFR snps.
I have been following a detox protocol with binders but find I have some of the best treatments to have access to is ozone. Ozone therapy is highly effective as destroying mold, both in the home and in your body.

The best obligate carnivore cat food is local grass fed animal meat, organs, bones with some supplements depending on various potential issues the animal inherited from a previous home or a parent fed crap kibble. It takes just a few generations to deplete the gene pool health.

This assessment from the EU on mold on most foods humans eat may not be what you think it is. Listen to some things being said at meetings of WEF. I believe mold can be a real problem. I have it with advanced testing to prove it but it is because genetically I can not detox mold. This is true for 15 to 20 percent of people world-wide. It is not true for everyone. There are a lot more sinister things being developed to harm humans to move a global agenda forward. I used to think this was an outlandish conspiracy theory but it is not. People need to wake up and take action now to stop it. Hope you will do more research.

I'm glad I discovered this topic. I've tried a low carb diet in the past to loose some weight. Looked into ketosis and insulin. When excluding grains I've always felt more calm. Less anxiety, stress, less of a storm in my head. I have mild autism, which comes down to those things being elevated compared to the averege human. So it's a welcome change.
