I feel like that’s a very gorgeous and secluded property, I love the bricklayer on the exterior and the driveway it’s stunning😍 The marble entry floors do give it a spinning touch but I would probably replace them to correspond with the wooden floors as well as the countertops in the laundry room. I love the energy lights as well as the ceiling fan but I would expand the kitchen layout because the shape is not my preference. I do not prefer that design although it is unique, this is a more modern and contemporary property so I would also add a wooden horizontal countertop. Also the garage floors would have to be renovated and replaced immediately, I wouldn’t pay 7 figures for floors that look like that with most likely more than one car, it would just decrease the love I have for it and that would not correspond with my time or money💯There are multiple great eye catching listings throughout your channel and although nothing is perfect, changes can be made with time, patience and money if necessary. I enjoy this home and it seems very family oriented, it also seems to be a luxury or comfortable place to stay for any guest and also will be great for any business especially an Airbnb or photography just to name a few. With the property taxes included I would definitely close in on this deal and I just love how secluded this property is along with the dock, it seems like something from an ancient movie✅ I will purchase the home of my dreams for me as well my parents one day, I have already dreamed of this so I know I will conquer it💡 in the name of Jesus Amen🙏🏾

This house is very beautiful

This house is stunning! From the outside to the inside. The decor is simply amazing. The living and dining rooms are stunning and spacious. I love the office and the private reading nook. The great room is lovely i love love love the kitchen. The bedrooms and closets are very spacious love en suite. The basement is wonderful so much you can do down there. I was in ahh when I seen the swimming pool. You can go swimming anytime you want to. That’s the fun part love love love the swimming pool. This is a stunning home and, I have to say is dream house here I come.
