ОтветитьNO oven temp & NO showing the middle of steak..... :( Also at the beginning: 2.5 min for each side and 2 min in the oven, but at the end: 2 min, 2 min for each side and 2 min in the oven. I marked "like" video at the beginning, but then changed to "don't like" after watching.

Ответитьperfect recipe dude love it, essentially what i did with a lil special touch , got your self a sub buddy, love to eat this with always forget what its called but i make it anyway lol a brown sauce with blue cheese dressing blue cheese crumble worcestershire sauce minced garlic and lil salt n pepper just heat it all up a little and its the bombbbb, if i could only remember what its called lol

ОтветитьHi Dave, I cooked my filet after watching your Perfect Filet Mignon video using the skillet and oven technique. It's a good method for me and I was wondering if I can use the same method to cook a Rib Eye no bone. If so how would the cooking times vary compared to the Filet? Thank you.
ОтветитьThey might taste perfect, but searing at high temperature as you did products carcinogens in the meat. Sad but true, so best not to sear at high temperature even if it tastes better.
Ответитьthe sear times you give in the video are different than the written instructions on your website (much longer). It looks like total cook time in the video is 6 mins, with only 2 of those in the oven?
