I enjoy watching your videos. They are very informative and your humor is very entertaining. I recently moved over full time to HR as an HR generalist. I used to be in Accounts Payable for over 15 years. I supervised Ap staff. Now i’m on this side, completely new to me. I feel like I understand all sides of this deal, I also did payroll too. All at the same company.

Thank you for this video, I have just finished my Bachelors Degree and taking steps to obtain my SHRM-CP so this has been really solid in breaking down my mental for my career. I truly do apricate this channel and its Knowledge. I had one question. I live in a Texas area and I was signing up for the SHRM yearly membership because of what is offered. Is it worth it to sign up for local groups that do gatherings and things like that in the HR circle or is that something to look at once I have a few years under my belt ??
