I'm having a problem determining how to compensate individuals on an executive team consisting of people with titles from CEO to Regional Manager for the collective efforts or achievements of the team universally. Obviously the shareholders will be compensated via their ownership interest.

When people have no trust, their worst mechanisms come front an center.

Love the book so far! It serves as a great base for me to understand the dynamics of teams, as I wish to be an Air Force Officer someday!
