I lit my kitchen on fire with the salsa watch out on the oil under the broiler!!!!!
ОтветитьUsing your fingers as a spoon? Do Thai style, fork n spoon
ОтветитьDisgusting
ОтветитьPlease put a mic on yourself! its hard to switch to reading sometimes. Thanks!
Ответитьwhat a dork
ОтветитьJust two dudes sharin some pasta 🍝 😅 yall are cute! lol looks yummy, def will try these quick recipes
ОтветитьSomeone please tell me how to say his last name! plz!
ОтветитьAs somebody without a dishwasher I would add minimal washing up to the "rules" at the beginning of the video. A quick recipe is useless to me if it uses every piece of kitchen equipment I own and then have to wash up afterwards, taking me longer than the time it took to cook and eat my meal. It's great to see somebody show recipes that don't come with a ton of cleanup, even if it's not in his own rules. Thanks Ethan!
ОтветитьAll of these look amazing but the salad is a must try for us. My husband has been on a salad kick and I think he'd absolutely love this. Gonna hit the Union Square green market tomorrow and make this next week.
ОтветитьOh my god, keep the camera fucking steady! I can't watch this 'cause it's making me nauseous as all hell.
ОтветитьI tried making the poblano con queso tacos. I will definitely make these again. The only issue I had was putting too much cilantro in the salsa. I ended up with enough salsa that I could make the tacos again without the salsa. Good stuff.
ОтветитьThe turkey burger is a perfect example of how everything changes when you're not in your own kitchen. Like I trust that in his own kitchen the pan would've been clean as heck, nothing left behind.
Also american broccolis. That's like a head of an adult size instead of head of a baby size.
And I'm so gonna make my own version of that greek salad, the chickpeas are a nice idea. Croutons are such a special thing, like I won't be buying them and can't bother making them. But chickpeas would give texture.
Hey I love this creative collaboration between you too I learned some new techniques I would definitely use different ingredients but I like the concept
Ответитьlove it
ОтветитьPrefer your show when it's just you cooking
ОтветитьI’ve seen a lot of Ethan’s videos before seeing this one and I’m pretty confident these guys got super stoned for this one.
ОтветитьThis definitely wasn't 15m but it wasn't slow. Just use the real time
ОтветитьGreat recipes! Thanks!
ОтветитьStill make this salad to this day. Usually don’t use Chicken because it’s a perfect side and the chicken adds time to the cook. It’s really a perfect salad. Gos well with Caesar or balsamic vinegrette instead of the homemade dressing too but the homemade dressing is definitely the best.
ОтветитьMake these burgers Al the time minus the sauce but with the addition of greens and pickles. Always good.
ОтветитьWho and where did you get the spatula/scoop Ethans using in the pasta dish?
ОтветитьThanks for the ideas! Next time I make the pasta dish, I'm going to take the pasta out before reducing the water (I already have a bowl full of cooked product anyway). Reducing with the pasta in the water rendered the pasta overcooked.
Ответитьwhat I do and love with salads:
I just take a bunch of different raw greens... collard greens, cabbage, carrots, spinach, bell pepper, corn..... you name it. and throw it all together. then I add a dressing made from olive oil, white whine vinegar, salt, pepper, sometimes mustard, sometimes I add dill or other herbs. and that's it. I don't get how people dont like salads.
Can I just say Ethan has a fantastic mustache 👨🏻🦰
ОтветитьHow to make a healthier version of the quesadilla’s? So much cheese lol
ОтветитьLove this collab.
Ответитьtwo of my fave chefs! thank you guys
🥰
I made the power Greek salad and it’s been a great salad to take with me while I’m traveling. Also the poblano tacos! The salsa is soooo tasty!
ОтветитьLoved the chemistry between you two, would like to see more.
ОтветитьIt’s a Chile relleno quesadilla. Two of my favorites combined! Love the simple oven roast-which brings out the best flavors.
ОтветитьAny idea what is his pan? Looks like cast iron but it's so thin.
ОтветитьI love that salad! Best salad ever and tahmks a lot for taht idea indeed. :)
ОтветитьOMG!!! A mash-up of my FAVORITE guys!!!
Ответитьhow can you ensure your pasta is al dente when you cook the water down like that?
ОтветитьMike, something I've learnt from my Italian hubby, is to carve out some of the bun shell, especially the top half. to improve the ratio between bun and filling, for burgers and panini etc.
Looks awesome! thanks Ethan for the technique tips
Ethan, I love your 15 minute meals. Great video. Thank you!
Ответитьthat salad looks fire
ОтветитьFantastic collaboration.
Ответитьlove the brussel sprout salad!!! Hate using my saviors name in vein
ОтветитьStill my all time fav video of yours! THESE MEALS!!!
Ответить"It's a quesadilla taco" 😆 What's funny is that in Mexico you can literally make a taco out of clothes. Okay, it's metaphorical, but still, the term taco is more overarching and takes precedence over quesadilla. I've had potato tacos before, like just mashed potatoes rolled into a tortilla and fried, it was delicious, but not what an American would consider a taco.
ОтветитьThe Scott's guy cooks too?!
ОтветитьI find that putting the tortillas over the peppers prior really doesn’t do anything. Throwing them in the pan after is definitely fine but I think that’s an unnecessary step.
ОтветитьDelicious but most ppl cannot pull these off in 15 mins!
ОтветитьWhat kind of olive oil do you use?
ОтветитьAll ur 15min Meals are goin in my Cook playlist, they look great and ill make them someday
Ответить7 dollars of cheese in 2 peppers. This is not a but cheaper episode.
