I like the pre-facelift models better, I don't care that it only makes 250 horsepower, I prefer the simple L98 TPI engine without optispark :D. Anyway, I don't even understand why 5-6-700 horsepower in a car...Towing a trailer??? Here in Europe, it's a big deal if you have a 200 horsepower car. We are often told that the horse power competition is only good for penis enlargement. If all goes well, I will be the owner of a C4 L98 TPI next year! ☺️

Why would I pay 10k for cars that can be had for 3 to 7k?

The 92-96 C4 is a way better performance machine than any LS powered 4th gen Fbody!!! Like night and day different!! I've had both and the LT1 powered C4s miles ahead!!!

ive become a C4 lover too, but I disagree, I like my 85 Atari dash more. The 350 has way more power than was rated, and gets 28 mpg at 90 mph. LOVE these cars.

Do not wait until you are 44 years old to buy one either. I am trying to figure out how to sell my jeep, so I’m forced to drive the C4 everywhere all the time. Hands down my favorite car of all time. To drive. To sit DOWN in. Be seen in. Mines a base and it blows me away. It’s my holy shit car because that’s what I say every time i crank it.

92 to 96 could easily be considered a different generation than the c4

Only problem besides minor easy fixable issues...there are onl 2 manuals in my country and they cost much

There is one automatic with a 383 stroker with 500hp for 16k looking sweet but i dont trust a swapped 500hp engine with an old automatic I am not sure i wanna be fully in control have to test it

I had just purchased a 90 c4. It's a great car, with the apparently "Rare" yellow due to a recall on it (?) but of course, for $2k there's been a lot to fix. Got it with a red hood from another car, looking like a McDonald's vette, doors rattle and panels are loose, but it always wants to get up and go.

I like the interior of the 92 C4. The Toyota Supra MKIV copied off of it. You can see the resemblance.

I paid exactly that for a 94. My only gripe is make friends with a Corvette specialist, because no shop will do any work on this car that isn't engine or transmission work. Getting the window gaskets and windshield replaced have been an absolute nightmare

My jeep recently caught fire and needed a reliable vehicle fast as a daily driver. My good friend offered me his 94 Arctic White Vette Coupe for a major deal and I absolutely know the care he put into it. Such a weird circumstance and offer I had to take it. A Vette would be the last car I'd even think of when looking for a reliable vehicle in today's used market (up 30%), but here I am with THE PEAK 90's car.

I bought a '93 for $5k. I wouldn't recommend it to someone without a mechanical background. They can be alot of work.

Brakes are one of the things that really evolved. I converted my 2016 Cadillac CTS VSport to the 6 piston 390 mm/ 4 piston 365mm setup. 15"+ rotors up front and 14"+ in the rear.

I bought mine, with 111k miles, for 3k. If you're going towards 10k, it's gotta be modified to have some decent power and be in great condition. Mine for 3k runs and drives perfectly fine and only has a few issues
