She also has some of her dad’s attitude.... she says a few times “I can fix it” or “I can fix her”.... the dad also constantly says he can fix it in a bunch of episodes
ОтветитьThis was a tough ep for me.
Having lost 2 husbands tragically by the time I was 43, I have a couple funeral directors to thank; for getting me through both of those viewings and funerals.
I requested and was given private veiwings for both so I could be alone with them outside the prying eyes of family and friends (and the children) I can't say enough about the kindness shown to me by them. They have horrific jobs but in my experience are angels for doing what they do.
When Shirley said she wanted to do Nells...
It was maybe the most horrific moment of the show for me!
I think the reason the parents never bothered with the red room (worried about opening it) was because it's a huge house and had bigger worries about the renovation and figured they'd get to it when the time came.
Big deal for the kids, not so much for the parents.
Thanks Rob.
Have a great weekend!
Slight spoilers, so don't read if you haven't watched more of the episodes. ..... Another thought, I read somewhere that each of the children had their "power", a sensitivity to the supernatural... to me it seems not as cut and dry.... .... but Sheryl has some sort of a connection when she sleeps, the comment she makes in her sleep in ep 1 is quite relevant... obviously theo has the ability to see or feel things she touches. I'm not really sure if Steve or Luke have any, maybe its just the girls... and Nellie seems to have the ability to see thru time, though her and luke also have the twin thing. Olivia also later says Nellie says the house is "loud". I've kept my eyes out for things the second time through but only really caught the relevance of her sleep talking in Ep 1.
ОтветитьI may be one of those people who want the "bad" ending. I don't know why I loved it until the end, but your point of view about the family staying together really makes sense.
