Human muscles do NOT produce lactic acid, they produce lactate. Lactic acid is NOT even produced in the human body altogether.

How would someone even though of all this and created life?. It's so complex just to study how would someone design this. This universe is crazy man .

Would it serve us better to be able to look at a nutrition label and see a food provides 2397 ATP vs 200 calories? I realize calories is a unit of heat in physics. But in biology we use ATP. Doesnt it make sense to make a change here? Our bodies “burn” atp not calories. Great video!
