Daren, thank you for the video! I was wondering what your video would be about. To my shame I didn't know that there is a city when I was drinking Purple Haze! I so much like the design of Abita drinks! Looks like the city is a restricted area. Sad you couldn't make the video from the Rosies tavern. I would like to see the brewery factory. Where you start the vid, Abita has a few electric car chargers for the public. First time I saw one in St Tammany.

You should have gotten a well informed local, like me, to show you around. There were a number of mistakes and misconceptions.

I've been planning a likely move to Louisiana and stumbled across an article on Abita Springs.
Do they still have a commune living area as described in the article?
Also are there any places in or near Abita Springs to put a houseboat or non motorized float house?
I'm about 1,200 miles up North here from the Abita Springs Area.
I was never there, only to the Pearl River area when I was a bout 7 and 9 years old.
Folks were so much nicer than here up North.
