Here is the thing I'm not super hyped on Greg Roman. Having said that he knows how to get a running game going. We need that Herbert needs that. Herbert will get his yards. We just need a team around him.

Saw a great interview of Roman he gave last spring on The 33rd Team podcast. Herbert will hum under Roman.

This man is a running game whisperer. Keep in mind bolt fam, we DESPERATELY need a run game. How many times have we said “Herbert has to do it all!?” This will be his 4th OC AND he performed well with the past
3 OCs. This shit is why we “charger”
And choke games away. We can’t run the ball. We want balance. Im ok with a 13-15th ranked pass offense with a top 10 run offense. The games we ran the ball efficiently, we killed it! I’m willing to sacrifice a bit of our pass game for a much improved run game.
Keep in mind, Roman has HAD success. This isn’t Joe Lombardi. To me, this is a good hire

Harbaugh and Staff have an advantage with College Players talent knowledge.
These next two Drafts seasons will bolster and reinforce the Team Roster .
We need to trade Bosa and move on from Mike Williams. Somehow keep Mack and Kendricks because if we get rid of those guys we’ll be extremely thin at Edge & LB especially LB because Murray needs to be replaced Asap!
Also Pipkins needs to be replaced NO sugar coating it.
