I’m not even in authority or anyone really, but I still don’t open it my time to people. Because my time is valuable and I want people to respect that too. Although I probably do waste my own time a little too much Online. 🙄

Email one is spot on! Younger execs tend to ramble on email and I just don’t even read them - too long and too much rambling

One of the best pieces of advice I ever received on this topic was ' determine who deserves an explanation, an answer, or nothing at all. And never confuse who should be in which column.' If for no other reason than those who deserve nothing are always convinced they deserve an explanation, and no matter what explanation you give them if you give them one, it'll never be enough.
