the long overdue, full walkthrough of the OG Kayla Simone Home!

I poured my blood, sweat, and tears into this house for the last 3 years, completing over 115 DIY projects!!! I have no formal training or education in building or interior design; just an inherent knack for design, a willingness to try, and a very stubborn and slightly annoying voice in my head that constantly tells me "Well, it can't really be *that* hard, can it?"

Everything I know I learned from watching others -- whether it was my family members, other DIYers on social media, or the professionals of YouTube University. This house taught me that you truly can do ANYTHING. You just gotta take it one, or sometimes two, projects at a time. Enjoy the process, celebrate the progress, and just START. You got this!
