White Americans including Conan seem to mistake/be ignorant of that Korean Americans are from the same country as they are…… Fact is South Korean nationals like BTS are from a different country from the US, which is called Republic of Korea (South). I feel bad for Asian Americans who have to put up with the differential treatment that they are not even be able to be recognized as part of the American citizenship when they are just factually not much associated with their parent’s home countries—although they may benefit from being mistaken as South Korean nationals nowadays.

I personally like him as comedic actor, but you gotta understand Koreans' viewpoint. Hangover was not successful in Korea due to distributor and translation issue, he acted Mr. Chow, Chang the Chinese, and in this video, he is impersonating "Korean accent" which does not sound like Korean accent at all. Threre's really no reason for Koreans to know and like him.
