One question I have in mind is, as a freelance in a country where there's almost no industry, where woud you start looking for junior concept artist work? Would that be an active process of portfolio submission maybe on Artstation (or other places?) job offerings? Or would that be more of a "try to get noticed and wait for the call" kind of thing.
