Great video J!
ОтветитьExcellent video sir
ОтветитьFire video. How do you calculate the bridge weight to carry. Is there an actual formula?
ОтветитьIn Connecticut with tri axle permitted you can haul 24tons
ОтветитьDid he say 25 tons? 🙄
Ответитьjay hi. thanks for the video but one thing remains unexplained. how do all those pusher axles function when truck is fully loaded doing turn or cornering whatever? i can't find a video on the whole yt, either the pusher axles are up or if they are down they just go straight but not turn or cornering.
i understand very well that the extra axles are there to increase payload and meet the rules, but i'm just not clear how they can work in practice - turn or cornering with all axles down?
Where I live in the Pacific Northwest Oregon and Washington. We call a dump truck with one drop axle a 4 axle we count the steering tires . Two drop axles a fix axle , three drop axles a six axle
ОтветитьNice..👍👍👍
ОтветитьThanks so much for your support
ОтветитьIDK WHY hes talking tons. Traixles can carry 25-27tn depending on the trucks light weight as long as its under 40tn total. Except PA Their gross is 73,200lbs gross for a traixle. Bro got all these extra axles for nothing 😂
ОтветитьBeautiful Truck with a full load must get 2 Miles to a gallon of diesel fuel
ОтветитьIn Pennsylvania a tri axle is one drop axle, 73280, aluminum body about 23 ton and a steel body 22.25 ton. Lightweight tells me my legal weight. Some states require different weights, a lot of times 3lift axles waste of weight and space. This guy does sound like a salesman 😂
ОтветитьThis guy is such a good teacher I would show up ready to work for free just to be trained
ОтветитьJerde Shores
ОтветитьIn Virginia we have quad drop axles those trucks look bad ass
ОтветитьThere called drive axles not tandem axle
ОтветитьI've been driving a Super for 18 years, and I STILL don't know the correct down pressure for each lift axle, aka pushers. Is there written data available?
Ответитьcan you google "man tga 41.480"? 4 axle truck, 2 steering axle at the front and 2 drive axle at the back and can carry 23-24 tons but so so so so simple truck.
and what do we have here, 7 axles that we have to take care of 4 of them of whether they are up or down, lift if we go in reverse, in rainy conditions such poor handling, maneuverability worse...and what do you actually get? just a few more tons of payload?
as a european, i ask you americans, is it worth carrying only a few tons more and being surely 50% more complicated?
All this looks homemade, afterthoughts, and something a chop shop would make from scraps.
Down pressure, wheelie bar and shit like that is once again just dump driver circl3 jerk.
They want people to think its complicated, calling shit super and such, when in reality its adding numbers and driving.
The way drivers and this guy talks just wants to make it seem complicated so you would be fascinated😂 some drivers say dropping axles is a calculated art, bro its a push of a button😂
👍
ОтветитьWay to long winded
