Monday-Sunday, add all-together your calorie intake each day then divide the total by 7 is another way to find your maintenance calories would you say?

Very useful as usual. My goal is to lose fat but some people recommended that I should stop bread and brown rice instead eat legumes and sweet potatoes. I also used to have oats before my work out ! Should I cut all those carbs as my friends recommend or I should just continue doing what I was doing thnx ?

Great video! :) Our maintenance calories changes from our usual maintenance when we are in a fat loss phase doesnt it? How do I calculate my new maintenance after a 10 week fat loss? Is it the same formula?

Hi great video, what if I’m going back to my maintenance calories but I was in a high deficit for too long. So I assume my body weight might spike for the first 2 weeks?
