ОтветитьGreat content!!
ОтветитьI feel ya bro, but we got to chill with so many Gringos gentrifying so many places.
The locals end up losing in the long run.
I talk to the Ticos in Costa Rica and they cant afford to travel in their own country because the outsiders overpay for homes and restaurantes and drive the prices up.
Same thing is happening in Medellin, Colombia; in Puerto Rico and in Portugal.
What might be a great price for you might be end up ruining economy for the locals.
Positive energy for you and for the locals as well.
Peace.
How old are you bro?
ОтветитьMy friend's own Jaguar hotel in Francisco uh May. I also used to live in Macario Gomez. Definitely spend a day in the villages. You can relax by the pools at the hotels there if you eat or get drinks. Aldea Balam has great pool and rooms too. My favorite.
ОтветитьGentrification
ОтветитьHello, I'm from L.A. moved to Phoenix, made a trip to Rivera Maya in 2021, and have been come back ever since. Tulum is quite a unique place, really fell in love with the place, so I bought a condo. I agree that taxes, utilities are so much cheaper than back in the states. I am unable to stay permanently in Mexico right now, so I go back and forth every 4 months for a couple weeks. When I come back to Phoenix I can't stop thinking of Tulum. Like you said it adopts you that is the truth, It gets harder and harder to leave!!! Appreciate the blog, thanks😀
