fox was making really good marvel movies, then disney came along and mademarvel comedies for their child audience

The epic trailer that was released during better times pre-2020. Finally released to be as big of a disappointment as 2020 itself. Wish we could go back to those days of just waiting for it. We were so naive for things that were coming.

6 performers in a film is truly unimaginable. These actors/actresses did a great job on their acting skills (especially when facing their fear). I bet this film could've toped on the year's box office ranking (maybe outnumbered X-men's Dark Phoenix) if it wasn't for the release delays and reshoots.
Now that Disney holding Fox and the Mutants on their rights, hope that Marvel Studios and Feige will do a great writing job incase there will be any reboots (hope that they will cast the same cast from the film itself.)

Fox should have kept the X-Men film rights so that the FXU can continue and let Marvel Studios/Disney have only the Fantastic Four film rights since Fox don't need the Fantastic Four film rights anymore.

Movie was just ok. Maybe it could've work better as a series.

Years later and I still think about this: there is definitely a director’s cut of this film hiding somewhere because there's footage in this trailer that was not featured in the film and to top it all off, this was originally conceived as a straight horror film but with superheroes.

No way we waited 3 years for this movie and we finally got in 2020😭🙏

deep down we all knew They had their chance to give people to see it in theaters but they kept delaying and by the time they were ready. that one last delay made it all a forgettable film and it was too early to release the movie during Covid but at the same time it was release very late from all it's other delays. New Mutants almost Killed the X-Men Franchise that until Deadpool and Wolverine which is outdated as of this time i'm commenting this video.

the simple practical effects in the trailer look better than the cgi they added when it was in post production hell. Like the washing machine thing looks way worse in the movie.

I hate that parents and people who didn't know anything about Marvel complained and got this movie delayed, so they could remove the horror elements. I remember people saying that they were upset they couldn't take their kids to watch this movie. Suddenly the release date was postponed, and we got this train wreck.

I loved this film. I hope they make a sequel of this.
