Where can I get a charger for this bike? You guys made it so hard to buy one off eBay. I can’t find one anywhere!

What’s the difference between this and the centuric?

Just got my wife's Motoric delivered yesterday and we're already disappointed and frustrated. The battery will not charge fresh out of the box. We tried to charge it on the bike and off the bike. The indicator light on the charger is always green even when it's not plugged into the battery. The instructions don't even tell you how to start the bike or how the throttle works. There's a LCD display G51 user manual that is so poorly written that I cannot believe any of you have proof read it. It doesn't explain anything that a normal person at home would consider useful! I've sent a help ticket. This has ruined my wife's vacation this week! She had cancer and as a result ended up with debilitating problems and can not ride a normal bike and hoped this would help. I'm fully prepared to return this after one day of frustration. I don't even know if you'll see or respond to this.

Do not buy this. I purchased it and it does not charge out of the box, it's a blatant scam with extremely sub par customer service...the help line is turned off
