Ответитьthese are great. After putting on 20 pounds after a hysterectomy, I don't fit into any of my old workout clothes, so I've been finding ways to work out at home instead of the gym. I'm having trouble making the workouts hard enough, but as I do more of these videos, I'm finding the nuances. I also replaced all my springs with the red ones, so that helped. Thanks! Also menopause sucks.
