ОтветитьThank you, very clear, I like the clips a lot (if I can find them), one question though: that seems a regular presser foot you're using, right? So it's possible to sew a zipper without using a zipper foot? (I'm not sure I saw right, it just seems so!) thanks
ОтветитьThanks for the great tutorial! Gonna go use this knowledge on the circle skirt I’m making. And those clips are so cool! My gf gets irritated with me leaving straight pins all of the house, so I’m gonna invest in those clips ASAP!

ОтветитьExcellent, you have demonstrated how to sew an invisible zip better than 'adult experts'. Thank you.
ОтветитьEasily done on a small piece of fabric but what about real world projects? How do you see a hidden zipper on a dress where you are dealing with one piece of fabric with a slit?
ОтветитьNice and useful video.
Please answer my problem.
Assume that Iam stitching a rectangular pouch with two pieces of fabric.
Now, I can stitch a zipper on the two pieces of fabric very well, but in the next step, where I have to stitch the 3 sides together to complete the pouch, I always end up clumsily, when I run the sewing machine over the zipper ends .
Iam afraid that the needle will bend or break if it goes over the teeth of the zipper.
Kindly post a video about this.
See what you’re doing since your hands are in the way
ОтветитьYou should've show how to finish it on the sides
