Great plan...in theory. You should probably talk with China, since it opens at least one new coal power plant per week.
- You're so focused on the environment, then why do you even allow concrete? The cement industry destroys areas with sand stealing.
- Methane? You mean a natural hydrocarbon gas that breaks down in under a year and almost every living creature creates it? Yup, stop the cow farts, that will save the world.
- How about focus on teaching people to garden? You save a lot on transport, fertilizers and pesticides?
- Why not promote old school mutligenerational households? This saves on new construction.
- How about you help people start small businesses that source and sell locally? Cutting back on mega corporation international trade will save tons of fuel.
- Instead of pushing EVs that need rare earth minerals mined from around the world and destroys everything, perhaps focus on new energy sources and/or alternate transport?

There are better ways folks, dont follow their control agenda disguised as eco saviors
