Of course women are not meant for jobs requiring extreme physical labour. They do not have the physical strength men possess , but they are gifted with brains just like men ,so jobs requiring brains have equal scope for both men and women. Those who have good athletic abilities or other talents pursue a career according to that. Equality does not mean pushing everyone into the same job, it means giving everyone the right to choose what they want to do in life, to give everyone the opportunity to show their talents to the world. Its fine if there no female bricklayers, the world does not really need to be equal it only needs to be fair. Also there is nothing wrong in wanting power as long as you understand the responsibility that comes with it, be it man or woman.
