Do not take this train, take the one that goes by the seaside. No tourists, takes you 1km from Pompei entrance.

Can we enter the Herculaneum site, tour around for 1 1/2 hours, leave to eat lunch in Ecolano, then return to Herculaneum site to spend another hour of two? Isn’t there also a museum with artifacts from the site close by?

If we buy the ticket from Naples to Sorrento for the Circumvesuviana train and get off in Ercolano Scavi, then to take the train to Pompei Scavi, do we have to buy another ticket?
