Description: Four senior lenders will share their perspective on the trends they are seeing in senior debt underwriting and structures in 2024 and looking at 2025. How is the underwriting process changing? How are lending organizations reacting to project level stress at conversion, interest rate shock on maturing LIHTC perm loans, and cost increases? Where is there opportunity? Questions from the audience will be encouraged with note cards at meeting entrance or verbal follow up questions at the session.
