I think Kizaru as a character is just a man that’s completely disconnected from everything and everyone around him, probably either grew up isolated or had a lonely life and just cared about chasing the bag, then actually found happiness with Kuma and the rest so finally having that sense of family probably made him actually think about his actions and what he wants to do in the future

I hate Kizaru with a passion, but it's because he's lazy and corrupt. If he snaps and starts lightsabering dudes with abandon in the name of clarifying some justice, I'm going to love him.

many Navy Marines started questioning WG right after marinford or held hostility towards it since before that like Garp , i believe the navy at some crucial point will eventually retaliate, and it wont be by Akainu's orders, Aokiji left the navy cuz he knew that Akainu's justice is too cruel to be put in that high position, Fujitora is doing his best by the people even if it meant going against Akainu's and WG orders, but Kizaru unlike any of them was just taking it as a job, does what he was ordered , but once that order was to deal with his closest ones, which he did, it planted the seed that will make him snap on them eventually .

and one more thing :
Akainu is irredeemable, he killed Ace , luffy, Sabu and Oda won't let that slide .

i feel kizaru wasn't holding back purposefully as much as he was just super out of it. he went through several flashbacks mid fight, barely did a thing when he was about to get hit or grabbed several times, and broke down after the incident
after the recent sbs we also know now that he overplayed his injury to saturn so he wouldn't have to do his job and in reality was well enough to bring luffy food

I heard in an SBS that Kizaru was the one who secretly gave food to Luffy when he was worn out in front of Saturn. But the question is why? Did he understand that Luffy and Bonney were allies and wanted Luffy to save Bonney and help her escape so she won't have to die with Vegapunk? Or did Kuma tell him about Nika before he became a human weapon? At the very least I suspect it has something to do with with Kizaru's relationship with Kuma and Bonney.

O kizaru venceu o luffy gear4 como c n fosse nada, ent o único jeito do luffy bater d frente com o kizaru é no gear5(ele poder usar ataques do g4 na forma base n muda nada), e já que o segundo ataque mais forte do luffy(QUE ACERTOU NA CABEÇA) deu tão pouco dano a ponto dele conseguir ajudar o oponente, eu acho que o kizaru lutando sério conseguiria aguentar até o gear5 acabar, e ai talvez ele n ficaria d bobeira igual o kaido. e como o kizaru é bem rapido e uma logia, o bajrang gun seria inútil no kizaru.

E po bruno, aokiji sendo o segundo almirante mais forte é senso comum, aí tu vacilou.
