Deep south seceded, fort Sumter happens, Lincoln raises an army which caused the upper south to secede.....if you wanna be ultra simplistic about it.
Ответить1860 the lost revolution of states rights. 2024 may be the start of our third revolution. Hopefully a more free people emerge… sadly i fear we have lost even the understanding of what liberty is.
ОтветитьOne thing I don't understand is the common mantra of the populous north of "the union must stand." What about the "union" was so important to the north, given their economy was more advanced than the south?
PS: Abolition has nothing to do with that.
Democrats started every war in history lol
ОтветитьA “documentary” that carefully avoids telling the truth.
Ответить@ the 7 min and 28 sec mark he said the north had no slaves 😮. This is terrible and very inaccurate.
ОтветитьLittle known fact Lincoln was well known for his champion spring onions and his 'marrers' (marrows) were said to be a sight to behold
ОтветитьJohn Brown was a great man. Of immense principle. Dedicated his life, and died, for a just cause. Human emancipation. He is one of the most consequential figures in US history leading up to the causes of the Civil War.
Yet, Hollywood has never made a proper film about John Brown’s life, and death.
How funny is it that 33 minutes in you got a guy in the Union Army doing a Freemason hand signal in his jacket. Things that make you go hmmm 🤔
ОтветитьDemocrats lies started it
ОтветитьNow tell us what really started tge civil war
ОтветитьThe Republican Party was founded in March 1854. Their first presidential candidate was Californian John Fremont. The party was 6 (not 2) years old when Lincoln was elected
ОтветитьDemocrats didn't want to lose their slaves and they didn't want to see all men treated equally
ОтветитьI've been obsessed with the civil war every since i found a Confederate cannonball in the woods by my house in Kentucky at the age of 8. Then i discovered that the battle of Mill Springs was fought not even a mile from my house and the Confederates had camped on the very ground i lived on.
ОтветитьThe Civil War started when the United States of America invaded the Confederate States of America. That is how it began.
The CSA was never a threat to the Union.
Anderson surrender your garrison..!! Union warship go eff yourself LOL..!!
ОтветитьThe North wanted the land! As they were fighting the South, they were also killing Native Americans to take their land too! Free the slave was an excuse!
ОтветитьNo I'm looking for the true story not the narrative
ОтветитьSo basically a career politician gets elected and refuses to allow a rebellion and FORCES a "union" rather than let states be free to govern themselves , instead they had to listen to someone thousands of miles away
ОтветитьA point of irony is that Anderson was born in Jefferson County, Ky.(Louisville now)
ОтветитьSMILE when you say THEIVES !
ОтветитьExcuse me, John Brown was a murderer. Harpers Ferry ring a bell?
ОтветитьNo matter how many foreigners they bring over here take a never replace the people who identity was stolen from them BLACK AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE AMERICAN... WITH MUCH RESPECT TO THE NATIVE PEOPLE
ОтветитьThat was good!
Ответить1860 cotton wad king!
ОтветитьWell made piece of propaganda.
ОтветитьIf almost anyone but McClellan is in command in the Penisula campaign, the war is over by 1863.
Ответитьahhhhh....there has never been a "civil war." The South voted in overwhelming numbers to leave and had no desire to "conquer" or rule the north. There have been 2 wars over secession though.. one in 1775 and the other in 1861.. Why is one called a revolution and the other a civil war?......because history is written by the victors...
ОтветитьSumter 💥
ОтветитьLincoln attack on the south was an illegal war never approved by congress. Very sad day in American history.
ОтветитьMcClellan is like Herbert Sobel in "Band of Brothers". Great at training, just not a real battlefield leader. As Lincoln said of him, "If he can’t fight himself, he excels in making others ready to fight.”
Ответить7 minutes in and this is already manipulating facts. Done
ОтветитьIn 1860, Democrats were conservatives and Republicans were liberal. That flipped during yyr Johnson administration
ОтветитьThe war started when a republican was elected. Sound familiar?
ОтветитьLincoln wasn’t a democrat
Ответить"I believe in the individual rights of others to own individuals and deny them their rights by force!"
ОтветитьHit started over congress
ОтветитьDavis called for 100,000 volunteers before fort Sumter, not after.
ОтветитьI'm here because of what's happening in America with the GQP and their dangerous candidate for president with his dangerous supporters calling for civil war in America
ОтветитьWhy don't someone say what really started the war. What did AB do to start it
ОтветитьIt's stunning how dominant the Confederate military was in the first two years of the war. They were clearly the tactically, and strategically better military...
ОтветитьLmfao. You did even mentioned the authoritarianism of Lincoln. All of his tyrannical "laws" and him destroying the constitution to "save the union" which was not a typical union. The Founding Fathers built the constitution not to make ALL states one country. No. Nothing like countries before them or current. It was an agreement that ALL states shall govern themselves and follow the constitution. That's it!
ОтветитьThe North had no slaves?!!!!!
ОтветитьFunny how your republican folk fought to free the slaves yet the black people nowadays seem to have turned against them and support the democrats who spawned the susecion in favour of slave holding, strange one that eh😮
ОтветитьMay Allah make it easy for us continuously Aameen….
ОтветитьListening to this narrative it seems like it is praising and showing how the rebels won couple battles. Couple decisive victory on side of the government were enough to shut down the rebels.
ОтветитьI look at our politicians an media over the past 24 years an wonder what truly led up to the civil war
Look at all the propaganda used on us today with all the wars across seas
I’m not making any claims just something to think about
