One small hint on stripping wires. Once you get the insulation cut, grab the insulation with your fingers, twist and pull slowly and you will have a nice tight twist on the wires. Plus you wont get any oils from your skin on the bare wires.

Just to throw it out there, have you thought about hooking up a HHO ?

Awesome! I plan on replacing my entire lower panel on my TJ (3 switch panel & ash tray) with a large switch panel for lights and eventually and inside winch controller. This helped give me some ideas on how to do so.
