An absolute tragedy to cancel such extraordinary TV. it was done because of a mass programming Change at the network. They should at least have sold the program to someone other channel - distribution center!

TY I too had an exquisite glass🍷 of wine-- Pinot Noir from Oregon Coast made in the Copper Cane style with a bar of organic dark🍫 chocolate enfused with pomegranate n raspberry--to celebrate my B🎉 day. It was not served by Nero but I drank with Fritz who is my all time favorite. A million thanks. Such class. ☺

Some of the Greatest Writers ever....From the creation of these pieces to the choice of actors and great quips...I can watch these over and over. So much better than the crap turned out these days! These are priceless. I'm so glad they are still available!

Since all the girls have the same hair and dresses, maybe they could have remembered the hands. It's the hands that always give away a lady. Either the nails are different, or the length of the fingers, etc. Not all women keep up with their hands

I have watched each of these episodes several times, and each time find something I missed in previous watchings. What a brilliant series! Great cast, great stories, great sets, great production! What television could be, but almost never is.

I don't know which series was filmed first, but the actor who played Nero was in a Due South episode. Beau Star, the man who usually played a criminal, was the ranking officer in that series.

We have got to get Julian free!

Fritz is a superb actor as is the whole troop. Fritz's body language is genius. he
The interactions between Kramer and Wolfe, their hate/respect for each other, is superb.
This one had the best ending of all.

It was pretty clever of Wolfe to take the sauce off the tray to give Zoltan an excuse to leave the table and spring the trap.

The dinner reminds me of the Bacanal room in Cesars Palace many years ago.

So many Canadian actors in these episodes. Carlo Rota went on to play a major role in “little Mosque on the Prairie.” Knew I knew him from somewhere.

Nero did not call Fritz "a most valued employee" but a "most valued **friend**." So important to the dynamic.

I love the way that Rex Stout manages to make Archie, in Nero Wolfe's mind, a total expert on women, which Archie modestly declines to claim! In general in all crime-mystery solving, it is rare for the hero or heroine to have much sex life!

Michelle Nolden's character Helen Iacono gave such wonderful expressions during conversation with Wolfe I've had to watch repeatedly. it is such a joy to see.
