ОтветитьClay how do you enter to win the nexus letter?
ОтветитьIt isn’t so much the letter as it is the person reviewing the letter that matters.
ОтветитьI was diagnosed with illness last summer while I was in military. I’m out the military now and filed for increase for that same illness last month. I recently heard that diagnosis are only good for one year. If I do not get approved for that submitted increase before my year is up, will my claim be denied due to not having a current diagnosis?
ОтветитьIs there a shorter letter example?
ОтветитьHey bro I'd like to inquire about getting a nexxus letter drawn up for my migraine condition. Which has previously been denied a few times since I departed from service. I am already 100%PT yet, if I can prove they miss-rated me years ago I guess by denying me twice maybe I can seek retroactive pay with a solid nexxus filed. I also, have other evidence throughout many convos with my PcP from over the years in my blue button files. And I'm sure they can see some of that if not all as well. I haven't tried to file for them since abt '17yr. or '19yr. when they last denied me. I understand if I am rated they initially won't provide me retro pay. I am currently going thru this as we speak. Recently won my claim for max IBS & the rater purposely gave me a recent effective date not a date back to when I was denied the higher rating for the issues & given just 10% so I wouldn't gain any compensation & I'm fighting back on that b.s.! I am currently filing a higher level review which I'll likely send off 2day or very soon. I have researched how to make sure I do this right to have a better shot at getting the effective date approved. It shouldn't matter that a few years later I became a 100% & was retroed for other issues. How much will your source charge me for a nexxus I pray it is an affordable fee? Thanks homie! Peace @TheCivDiv
ОтветитьWhere is the letter shown in the video? Thanks
ОтветитьLooks a bit to long
ОтветитьI did not know that you can file a secondary claim onto another secondary .... So since i have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and currently being evaluated for obstructive sleep apnea, can i file insomnia as a secondary claim to OSA?
Ответить& this is why so few doctors write or know how to write nexus letters right
ОтветитьCan a diagnosis from a c and p examiner count as a nexus.
ОтветитьI will be traveling from Georgia to see Prashant Sharma, D.O. Will the VA have a problem with me traveling over 100 miles to see the Doctor for Depression?
ОтветитьQuestion. What happens if the c&p examiner says its not service connected but my Dr's NEXUS letter says otherwise? Does the VA side with the veterans DR or the c&p examiner?
ОтветитьHey Clay, Can a letter like this to your Dr. be the same as a Nexus letter?
Dr., I would greatly appreciate your medical opinion. Could receiving 18 or more injections in my knee, along with medications, lead to Sleep Apnea? Alternatively, could an assault involving someone running my forehead into a concert wall cause Sleep Apnea? Your expertise in this matter would be invaluable.
Was this Nexus letter written by one of your resources? If not can you share the doctor that wrote this so we can reach out for help with a Nexus as well? Thank you.
ОтветитьDo you have a nexus letter template for migraines secondary to tinnitus? How do I get one so I can submit it to my doctor for signature. Thanks for your help
ОтветитьHey I just got my fully developed claim submitted and used the provider you’re showing. He did a great job and was reasonable.
