Sadly, Qazi Faez Isa has been investigated by the supreme judicial council and found to be a corrupt judge, but they cannot do anything as he has been installed and has immunity, whose wife and he have been bribed with properties in London having been transferred into their names courtesy of corrupt and disqualified ex PM Nawaz Sharif, a billionaire with properties in Mayfair and wealth in offshore accounts in the British Virgin Islands. Some years ago. The matter came to light last year, when he was considered for appointment. His rapid success may now be explainable. as on his appointment, Nawaz Sharif a man wanted by Pakistan's authorities for skipping bail conditions, and who made an application for asylum in the UK, and was granted this after appeal. Then suddenly decided to return to Pakistan on the official plane of the Pakistan Government as his brother was PM by the time. On arrival, years of investigative documents were put aside by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, and his disqualification for life was also quashed. So declaring him an innocent man and eligible to stand for election. And all done in a few days. Then Qazi Faez Isa began a battle against the PTI, his judgementc clouded by his wife's stated bias against the PTI. In which a succession of cases and appeals by the PTI were ruled against. This set the country on a path away from democracy and onto the path of dictatorship. PTI leader Imran Khan was put in jail SO CASES created by the coallition Government parties could be arranged for hearings. Excuses were used to delay hearings to harm the PTI in the eyes of the public, disguised as serious allegations. Which in the end turned out to be no violations in law. And when bail conditions were met, cases were unlawfully passed back and forth, in order to keep the PTI leader in jail. Who was pulling the strings to prevent democracy and the rule of law from among the players in power is contested, each passing the buck to someone else.
