For table salt NaCl term formula mass is used insted of moleculer mass.

(1) Formulae of ammonium carbonate is (NH4)2CO3
Molar mass=(14+1×4)2+12+16×3
18×2+12+48
36+12+48
96u mass
Hence for 1 mole of ammonium carbonate it's mass will be 96g
(2)Molar mass of Nitrogen gas is 7×2=14u
So for 1mole of Nitrogen gas it's mass will be 14g
Hence for 140gram of Nitrogen gas it's number of moles becomes =140÷14
=10moles
At STP volume of 1mole of Nitrogen gas is 22.4L
Hence for 10moles of Nitrogen gas it's volume becomes 22.4×10=224L

Solution of the questions
(1) Formulae of ammonium carbonate is (NH4)2CO3
Molar mass=(14+1×4)2+12+16×3
18×2+12+48
36+12+48
96u mass
Hence for 1 mole of ammonium carbonate it's mass will be 96g
(2)Molar mass of Nitrogen gas is 14×2=28u
So for 1mole of Nitrogen gas it's mass will be 28u
Hence for 140gram of Nitrogen gas it's number of moles becomes =140÷28
=5moles
At STP volume of 1mole of Nitrogen gas is 22.4L
Hence for 10moles of Nitrogen gas it's volume becomes 22.4×10=224L

Relative Molecular Mass has no unit and Molecular Mass does.
