thats gotta be the worst backyard for a 12.5 million dollar house. No view, no dock, no privacy? Cool house but not really immersed in nature like it could have been in tahoe.

Aside from the car collection, I wouldn't think the house is worth $12 million. The office in particular, like the rest of the house, is relatively uncomfortable and cold and looks thrown together.

I can see that the owner of this house wasn't born with everything. He definitely fought for everything he had rather than inheriting from a rich dad. Good taste, functional layout, just amazing.

Why would you put the power outlets under the table top in the kitchen?
I don’t want to look underneath to find them. Also those cables will be weirdly hanging around. There would have been better ways to hide them. Also overall this house just not my style, but I see everybody else liked it so…..

That house doesn't really belong in Lake Tahoe and it should be right on the lake. Way overpriced.

beautiful home. the big wood logs are amazing. however, i'm surprised at how much they leaned into mid century modern.

Vraiment chacun ses goûts ! Je la trouve très froide et moche, autant au niveau des formes que des matières et des couleurs. Et l’extérieur ne donne pas du tout envie. Et puis le vis-à-vis et la route qui passe devant… Bref, il en faut pour tous les goûts, d’accord, mais ce design n’est pas intemporel, ça vieillit mal et n’est pas valorisant…

Really liked the formed concrete walls and polished concrete floors. I am wheelchair bound and wheelchairs are very hard on carpet. Concrete is perfect. I also really liked the outlets under the counters. Mikey did a great job of showing the cabinet knot details & the floor detail lining up with the lights.

My only flex is that we have that spring-loaded shelf in our kitchen for cooking. But he’s great to see it in another home
