Ok well how about this. I was a therapist in a hospital in Mississippi. They were conducting demolition on the other side of my office wall WITHOUT a barrier required by OSHA. I have already been to court with the lawyer and received a judgment in my favor against the workers compensation insurance company. The primary physician Was named in all the paperwork from the judge because she is the only specialist in the United States. Apparently she doesn’t accept Mississippi Worker’s Compensation insurance And the insurance company has not paid for any of my prior treatment And no further treatment to get me well. I am now on long-term disability because no one will hire me with my environmental restrictions….Another exposure to the toxic chemicals that almost killed me from demolition Will likely be fatal.
It has been a year since we went to court. I have no idea what else to do and my lawyer won’t talk to me now because I wouldn’t settle before the end of last year.

I have three masters degrees and a doctorate and No one will hire me until I am healed and free of any environmental restrictions. After 23 years of working as a therapist Suddenly my life is totally unrecognizable.
