Alternative title “$250000 3d printer that runs on cocaine”
ОтветитьThis video has aged poorly
ОтветитьIf you are going to do 3D print content it's super important you get the PPE explainer right.
Failing to mention that the dust from sintering machines is super toxic & get's everywhere. It's not a technology you want to have at home.
I don't think they explained how toxic resin uncured is, get enough on your skin and you'll be come allaric to it - same thing happens to your lungs if you sniff it (yeah I see you huffing it in the video).
ABS and other FDM materials are also toxic and the fumes & dust are not something you want to have build up in your garage.
The makerbot replicator isn't a sls printer.
Ответитьtime will come when you can print your own car.
ОтветитьI didn't even watch the entire video yet, just wanna say this is the 3000th comment and I got my Ender 3 for 180 euros and the one in the beginning of the video is not an Ender 3 but an Ender 3 V2 with couple of upgrades among others a custom bed and sprite extruder.
ОтветитьI think you messed up the thumbnail😮
ОтветитьMe thinking my half broken anycubic kobra can beat all those 3d printers
Ответитьthey shouldve bought the bambu a1 mini as its 240 and they said it the other one was 250,000
ОтветитьWhy no bambu lab
Ответить3D printers have come a long way and Creality makes a printer you can buy for $170 and it will blow the Ender 3 in this video out of the water. If you guys ever wanted to actually buy one 😅 “Ender 3 V3 SE”
ОтветитьElegoo Saturn 3 Ultra and newer(4, 4 Ultra, Jupiter), you're welcome
ОтветитьThe picture they put for the sls printer is just another fdm printer (a makerbot replicator)
ОтветитьUUUUUUg a 7,000 dollar printer but not a X1 carbon! Why!
ОтветитьI have a creality ender 3 v3 se
ОтветитьWhy are people saying they should’ve used the Bambu Labs A1… That didn’t even EXIST when this video was made.
Ответитьyou used an stupid ender
Ответитьits crazy to see how far 3d printing has come
ОтветитьRidge or any wallet , your card will melt no matter what but it’s not like you’re going to burn it in purpose . Everyone use there phone to pay . No reason to spend 100s of dollars on that . Save that of a LV wallet to flex .
Ответитьprusa mmu3 for 5 and can be modded for up to 12 or, the prusa xl with 5 toolheads
ОтветитьBro thew the first one on the ground and then the second one he catch on fire how is a fair compare
ОтветитьWhy the ender 3 get a Bambu labs a1/mini
ОтветитьThe best is fdm on My opinion
Ответитьme using Bambu Lab made me cringe when I saw the ultimaker when you can get 10 P1S for the same price. which is literaly better anyways.
ОтветитьWhy do you look like the good brother of the crazy teacher in Fairly Odd Parents?
ОтветитьThe price went from 300,000 to 250,000 to 150,000
ОтветитьBru not even the the bambu lab x1
Ответить16x14x16 and then 13x15x18....thats like the same exact size.
ОтветитьHow did bro’s AC cause his 3dp to fail… My A1 Combo keeps working after a very short power outage (less than a second)
ОтветитьBambulab P1S with abs: better results, more speed, 80% more cheaper the filament and i can print 1000 circlres in 4 machines in 10 days
ОтветитьThat ultimaker is ancient tech by today's standards, single lead screw cantilever bed, cross gantry kinematic, fucking glass bed, turtle speed and acceleration... It just doesn't compare to X1Cs and vorons of the day and definitely hasn't been worth 7k for a while now
Also try bringing a real 3d printing specialist next time, modbot? Teaching tech? 3d printing nerd? Anyone?
An ender 3? For $300?
Jesus christ man, you couldn't pay me $300 to take an ender 3 off your hands. You got scammed so hard.
For $300 you could have got an A1 mini AMS combo for less and gotten fantastic prints.
You could have spent $160 and gotten an elegoo neptune 3 pro and still gotten great prints for half that price.
Enders were good for the time, but in 2025 there are the equipment of buying a model T
Using a Ultimaker as if it's quality is wild. Those things are absolute shit.
ОтветитьIf this video was made 2 years later Bambu lab would've dominated
ОтветитьShould have used a Bambulab X1C, this is what I own paid like 2500$ CAD for it with options. its just so fckg good compared to all the other 4 printers I owned before that.
Ответитьto spend 7,000 on a 3d printer when a 1,000 bambu lab x1 carbon with the ams is twice as good
ОтветитьGreat job at scratching the surface!! If you guys dig a little deeper I'm sure your minds will be blown even more. Thanks for the cool vid!
Ответитьthe ultimaker at $7000 is actually a scam lol
You can get the exact same if not better build quality for 1/7th the price or lower.
My k1c can do the exact same if not better performance for it being only like, $600.
Imagine buying an ultimaker s5b for that price when you can get a prusa XL lol....this is the definition of "industrial pricing"
Ответитьcrazy how far 3d printing has come in 2 years. 7000 for 2 colors? These days the A1 from bambu does 4 for 350 bucks
ОтветитьThat resin print wasnt great im surprised they went with that, there was serious visible layer lines, it needed to be angled a little bit more and reprinted for a more cleaner look.
ОтветитьIn the time since this video has been made, the desktop 3D printer companies have been eating Stratasys's lunch, making high-end (or enterprise) products that have more features/capabilities for 10% the price (and without the filament lock-in and mandatory service contracts). Stratasys has responded by suing the desktop 3D printer companies for patent infringement.
Ответить2 yeats later and you can get better than the 300,000 for just over 2,000. Its crazy how far we are.
ОтветитьYou need sn update for this
ОтветитьSuch a sellout lol
ОтветитьLol i know this vid is 2 years old but even then this shit was available for cheap
ОтветитьI would love to see this video made again today, with printers like the centori carbon hitting that $300 price point and being able to print some minor engineering grade filament like ABS ASA and carbon fiber reinforce nylons it really does narrow the gap
Ответить
