I like to consider myself pretty “cutting edge” real estate agent.
I’m pretty active on social media, use Matterport 3D Tours on my listings, and have hired drone videographers for my listing videos. I’m always trying to think three steps ahead of my competition, while also doing the practical things that my clients need like door knocking before open houses and sending mailers.
