The playoff game against Tennessee in 2019 broke him. Think about it. At that time, Roman was considered one of the top coaching candidates in the league and in fact was all but assured of the job in Cleveland when the season was over. After that game, the wheels just came off and he never got past it. Some of it was his fault, but also we never got to see their full offensive arsenal in 2021, or 2022. You know how some teams don't recover from devastating losses. It can be the same for coaches and coordinators. Just tragic.

Very disappointed with the Raven owner. He should have cleaned house with both Harbour and Roman going in my humble opinion. The Ravens need a new philosophy on defence and offence. The running QB like Lamar Jackson can take a team like the Ravens so far. What we need is a balanced philosophy of attack and stout defence, very similar to Kyle Shannahans in San Francisco. Harbour , in my opinion needs to move on. Getting to the play offs simply isn’t good enough for a team like the Ravens who last win a Super Bowl in 2014. Just saying!!
