I don't disagree with this list, but the very highest value women are virgins, have no debt (mortgage okay), and no tattoos. Same could be said for men.

You pay a high price for being a high value woman. Most people are not high value and are unwilling and uncapable of seeing your worth. They will perceive you as arrogant, difficult and too complex to deal with. Every positive trait in a person reminds others of their flaws, weaknesses and insecurities.That's especially true for men.Most men want sn easy life, not a deeply insightful woman as their wife.They prefer a less valuable partner, even if that means less connection and a higher risk of divorce.

I am a man. And to me, the primary benchmark of a Woman's value is her decorum. Her acknowledgment that her flesh is sacred, and so must be sex - and that her failure safeguard her body from male voyeurism or sexual taint by anyone other than her life partner (who also, by definition, must be get equal or better in racial, cultural, intellectual regard, as well as on the count of creed!) destroys that value instantly and irreversibly.

For all that talk about high value women, genuinely high value Women in this day and age are as rare as diamonds. For me as an Empath and an Aesthete, this fact is unbearably lamentable.

Unfortunately most aren't qualified evaluators and seriously overestimate their worth and even if they should be in the high value category when high risk of error in self perception categories

I agree with all your points. But life has taught me that unless I’m under 25 and fertile no one is interested. Sadly I’m neither of those things so it doesn’t matter what else I do.

Been married 25 years m, raised 4 children and have 3 grandchildren, and going pretty strong.
Here is what I think a good man needs , and what most would think makes a “high value woman” in a typical/average family.

1)A woman who can clean her own house well so no maid or cleaning service needs to be hired.
2) a woman who can grocery shop/cook well and plenty, on an agreed upon budget
3) a woman who will help her husband keep track of paying the bills and spending, while working with him to save money for the future and responsible as agreed upon
4) a woman who can find and look good wearing second hand clothing and who doesn’t need overpriced clothing and accessories that just waste money.
5) a woman who will mother her own children instead of sending them off to a day care or someone who doesn’t have the same goals and values in raising your children.
6) a woman who can be flirty and fun in a relationship and during intimacy, and make her husband feel appreciated, loved and valued.
7) a woman who ultimately puts the family’s needs over herself while still somehow being able to take well enough care of herself to be content and peaceable instead of unhappy and contentious.
8) a woman who understands the value of thankfulness and knows how to show her gratitude.
9) a woman who will support and encourage her husband to reach for his dreams and aspirations in a way that allows him to be a good provider and leader of the household.
10) a woman who lets her husband still be a dude sometimes and do the things he enjoys doing no matter how odd, nerdy, rustic or quirky she thinks they are.
Probably seems a bit old fashioned, but I think most men who want a lifelong relationship would agree with most of these.

Thanks i’m reinventing myself in my 40s. I’ve never had self-care because when I was younger middle school high school young adult I was put down a lot with my physical beauty and my body and so I never viewed myself as being worthy of being or beautiful and I had low self-esteem so I’m still recovering from this through therapy. I’m getting better but I’m trying to figure out what to do with my hair and what to do with my clothes, I’m actually starting to have fun figuring out what I like.
