I've seen these two procedures combined often and it can produce dramatic effects. Often, when someone has a receding chin, it can visually shorten a face and also make a face look rounder than what it is. When the chin is advanced, it reflects from the fullness in the bottom cheek and jowl area and when also combined with buccal fat removal, it can be really dramatic like in this case.
