I think this young woman is amazing, but I really wish she would use her talents to educate communities of impoverished people across the globe on how to do this for themselves

Because it’s wonderful that she can do it, but knowledge that isn’t shared holds no power and just watching her do it doesn’t actually teach anyone how to do it themselves.

These are invaluable tools and skills that she possesses. It should be taught to the people who need these skills. Not just pointlessly being watched by people with Internet access.

I hope people understand that some part of this is totally fake. That green color was very artificial looking. She didn't fish those fishes out of some random puddle off of a river obviously. And now that she placed them into an artificial environment, what are they supposed to eat? Am also sure she didn't make the house alone, yes obviously she has a cameraman, but she probably also had a lot of help. I wish they just showed what is realistic. 😂

She was quite obviously helped behind the scenes (prepping the materials, off-camera assembly, filling moat with water), but that was amazing to watch. Very soothing as well.

Someone must have taught her these skills. This is pasted down from generations. There must be clay and sand in the soil there. She’s also close to water. These are good survival skills.

How'd she make the shingles?

Someone asked how her feet are so clean. It is because she is in the forest, where it is generally pretty clean compared to the industrialized cities where black dust settles on everything because of factories, cars, etcetera. One of the biggest wonders of nature is how a forest of made of of billions of animals that poop all over it every day. Yet, when we get to the forest, we take a deep breath, recognizing how clean it smells.

loved watch8ing her do all of this. self-empowering. my fav part was when she got the sap from the tree then sealed the tree back up with mud to stop its bleeding. that's loving care of nature. take what you need but still care for the plants and natural world.
