The illegal drug maket among athletes is WAY bigger and stronger than the official anti-doping tests we all know. Efimova got caught but god knows how many olympians including americans (strongest and richest country of the world), japanese, etc are getting away with it thanks to technology?
Man, there are a thousand scientists working on this everyday, sometimes it means their life and I bet the illegal side of this pays better than the official one.
