This hit very differently four years ago, didn't it? I can remember being holed up in West Virginia with my parents, the world sickened, myself unemployed, drinking until I couldn't stand up to cope (in a very unhealthy way) with the tragedy unfolding outside the window and miles away in bigger cities like Philadelphia.

It feels like that time was a nightmare. In that loneliness, there was at least some music to hear when nothing else seemed worth listening to.

This would be.... 9/25/2024. Im still dealing with the heavy feelings caused by the fallout between me and my ex-boyfriend. he still wants to be in my life but i cant stand that. I still have feelings for him and itll never be the same. Yet despite that, ive found my way back to this video. Im hoping that one day, ill come back again. and that when that day comes that I will be better. Happier. And I hope you will be too.

Days are coming and going so fast and iv'e achieved nothing great in my life. sometimes it makes me feel like a sinner. i grasp at the hope that it all has a deep hidden meaning.

where is this place?

I went camping about a year ago and I brought this mix with me. I stayed up till almost midnight and let the fire burn low, enjoying the darkness and the stars alone. The skies were mostly clear, with a thin wisp of cloud moving through occasionally. I listened to this mix a few times through that night looking up at the stars... was a very memorable experience.

man, it's kinda crazy how many of us live here on earth, and how we'll all never gonna meet each other. I bet there's so many people that commented here who could have an amazing relationship with each other, but that will never happen cuz one person is in russia, and the other in fucking zimbabwe or something.
