how did you get 100%% when you worked a demanding job after you eas'd? let me ask you something regarding the va claims process. do you think someone in the rating, c&p examiner, anyone is against you getting your benefits or anyone elses benefits? i tried to get a 30% condition removed from my file and they wont remove it. i was reevaluated for rating 3 months ago. i dont have multiple sclerosis and the people wont believe me that i do not have it. i cannot get my main rating 100% p&t for schizoaffective and i cannot get that lowered. i believe if i get my disabling rating lowered i can use that as an excuse im not as sick as what psychiatric dr.s, counselors, therapists think i am.

I just picked up that document from their site. I see that they have the recommended five lines for facts, so we follow your outline for ourselves, sign it, and we’re g2g? Also, did you have anyone else sign/draft one for your issues from their perspective? I’d like to have my wife draft her own perspective on my service-related symptoms/limitations. If you did have someone else also write one up for you did you have them simply write a brief line for each specific issue and how they’ve seen it affect you? I’m trying to figure out the best way for her to draft this up since me talking about myself will be different, and I wasn’t sure what the deal was with that original form, it had a few lines for the recommended facts? I have a question for everyone. If someone has a successful VA Tinnitus claim and is awarded the 10%. How do you add or combine additional clams to that original successful claim ? Such as hearing loss or migraines or whatever. Will they be separate claims? or different ones ? Is it better to combine or not ?

What happens if you cant remember the dates things happened? Twice I was injured more mentallly than phiscal?

My situation is hard cuz I have low back pain which was denied but I don’t remember a specific instance of injury I just know I’ve experienced it and gone to pt for it when active duty
