Starting out as an opera singer and quite successful, she soon realized that she wasn't happy with the instability of an artist's life. She wanted security and a regular paycheck. Now, as a career coach and director of Career and Professional Development at Indiana University's Maurer School of Law, her goal is to empower women to achieve personal goals.
