EDIT: The family was seeking in 2021 to apply the “Slayer Statute”, by which a convicted murderer forfeits benefiting from their victim's estate. While Gregory Agnew awaited trial, in custody Gregory used a quitclaim deed and signed over their family home on Dorset in Ypsilanti Township - to his mother for $1 dollar and the house keys where given to his sister. To upkeep and maintain, she didn’t do that abandoning x3 dogs weeks later Gregory’s daughter got access to the property to collect her late mothers things. She found only x2 of the dogs completely emaciated they had to be euthanised. The 3rd dog was never found, and her mother’s valuables where missing. As Gregory’s sister had removed and sold them. I think the house ownership case is still ongoing.
