Hi Shea! I love Olaplex too, but it's supposed to be used on damp hair. The repair properties are only released (I'm told) when the hair is damp. Anyway, love your videos and love a good spa day!

SHEA PLEASE HELP ME!

After watching your video I decided to buy the KENZZI handset which has ended up leading to one of the most frustrating experiences of my life! My handset broke within minutes of me using it and when I contacted the Kenzzi customer support by email (the only method of customer support they offer) they told me the "90-day money-back guarantee" didn't apply to me because I didn't trial the handset for at least 60 days (which I obviously couldn't do because it broke in the first 15 min of use). They told me all they could do was ship me a replacement once I shipped my broken handset back to them (which they said they wouldn't pay for).

It's been TWO MONTHS since I shipped my handset back and I haven't heard from them OR received a replacement handset! I'm now out almost $300 (including the cost to ship it back to New Zealand) and I don't know what to do. Is there ANY WAY you could reach out to them to ask what my next step should be or at least tell them to respond to me?

So I got the Bamboo Bath Tray that you recommended. However, once I got it I was so excited to give it to my wife, but as for everything. I tested it out myself, I regret to say that my stupid bathtub does not have left sides for it to sit on. It's just the flat wall. Do you have anything else for someone like me to have a tray some how? I really wanted to surprise my wife. :( I am so sad.
