Does it Include pressure profiling throughout extraction rather than just an adjustable pre infusion time? For example a gradual increase to 9 bars and a ramp down before extraction ends? Or is it simply full pressure once pre-infusion is done?

La Marzocco begin to feel like the Apple of Espresso Machine. "Reintroducing" features that competitors been having for years.

Having received a machine dated 12/23 with a lot of excitement for the machine and brand La Marzocco, I have lost respect and love for this company already. At best, it is going to be a short lived journey with my LM

Get rid of the plastic spout attachment; hardly anyone drinks hot coffee from plastic lids these days. What's up with this trash design? Disappointed in La Marzocco – expected better, now it feels cheap.

Nice new features in terms of hardware and software functions. As the proud owner of a 2023 Linea Mini IoT, I'm wondering if the software-based updates will also be available for my 'older' machine. The pre-brew function is of course a hardware issue, as the old machine has a 2-way valve, while the new model has a 3-way valve, which is what makes the new pre-brew possible in the first place. That is understandable. What would be unacceptable, however, is the neglect of Linea Mini owners in terms of software and firmware updates. Functions such as setting the timeout of up to 99 seconds and automatic rinsing after brewing would certainly be features that could also be made available through an update for models from 2023 and older. In short, La Marzocco, please offer owners of a Linea Mini IoT before the Mini-R an update with all the available features that can be achieved through simple updates.

I bought my Linea in December and was told nothing about the upcoming update. I'm fully aware that I don't have the hardware-based functions on mine. But if I can transfer the new electronic functions to the older Mini models just by changing the firmware, I would more than welcome that. I think all Mini owners would immediately agree with me.
